This project comprises two stacked residential units, thoughtfully integrated into the natural slope of the site overlooking Black River Bay, Mauritius. The design responds to the topography, allowing both units to enjoy expansive bay views while maintaining privacy and a strong connection to the landscape.

Each unit features three en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a separate scullery. These spaces extend onto generous terraces, each with its own private swimming pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience suited to the tropical climate.

Supporting amenities include double garages for both residences, as well as dedicated staff quarters and storage areas. The architecture emphasizes clean lines, spatial efficiency, and a harmonious relationship with the site’s natural contours and coastal context
